1Definitions

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated:

• "User" or "You" refers to any individual who accesses, registers for or uses the clwin platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal account registered by a user on the clwin platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total credits or funds held in a user's account at any given time.

• "Wagering Requirements" refers to the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before a withdrawal is permitted.

2Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the clwin platform, you must meet all of the following requirements:

KYC Process

Clwin conducts an identity verification (KYC) process as a security and compliance measure. You may be required to submit the following documents:

• A copy of your valid Malaysian identity card (MyKad) or passport.
• Proof of current address (utility bill, bank statement, or other official document).
• A selfie taken together with your identity document.

First-time withdrawals or those exceeding certain limits may require completion of the KYC process before being processed. Delays in submitting the required documents may result in delays to withdrawal processing.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit

Withdrawal

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit. Withdrawals to third-party methods are not permitted except in circumstances approved by clwin.

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered under the same user's name.

5Bonuses & Promotions

6Game Rules

All games available on the clwin platform are operated in accordance with established rules and procedures. The outcome of all games is final and cannot be disputed once a round or game session has concluded.

• All game outcomes are determined by an independently certified random number generator (RNG) or through professional live dealers.
• In the event of a technical failure or system disruption during gameplay, clwin will determine the appropriate course of action based on available data.
• If there is a discrepancy between what is displayed on screen and the server, the result recorded on the clwin server shall be final.
• Confirmed wagers cannot be cancelled by the user.

Live Casino Games

For Live Casino games, the outcome announced by the dealer is final. Any dispute must be raised during that game session and resolved by the responsible casino supervisor.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following uses of the clwin platform are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination:
